No. You remain the agent of record throughout. We assist with preparation, submission and follow-up on your behalf, the same way we'd coordinate any part of a crew change. The accountability with the authority stays yours.

What happens if an application is rejected or delayed?

We'll tell you as soon as we know, the same way we would a delayed flight. We don't control government processing times, but we do control how fast we flag a problem to you.

Do you charge for this separately, or is it bundled with transport?

This is a pro-bono service offered to only selected HLE clients.

What do you need from me to start a case?

The crew member's details, the vessel, your timeline, and the current status if an application is already in progress.

WHY IT EXISTS

We kept hearing a complaint that had nothing to do with a vehicle.

Agents told us the transport was never the hard part of a crew change. What actually eats a day is the paperwork sitting on their desk that a vessel can't sail without: a certificate, a visa, a form that has to be right the first time.

This isn't a full agency service, and we're not trying to become one. It's what falls to us because we're already in the room for the transfer, already know the crew member, the vessel and the timeline, and it seemed foolish not to help.
